By the end of this session, participants will:

• Gain a deeper understanding of industry currency and strategies to maintain it.
• Discover professional development opportunities to further enhance industry currency.
• Differentiate between industry currency and competency, and explain their importance in aligning with RTO Standards across relevant industry clusters
• Identify and apply methods for assessing and maintaining industry currency, including recognizing what constitutes suitable evidence of currency for compliance and reporting
• Create a professional development plan to enhance their own industry currency, incorporating strategies that are relevant to their specific industry cluster and role
