Quality in Skills First Delivery

This Skills First program is a highly interactive three-part program and provides opportunities to build your network of contracted training providers and work collaboratively to extend your understanding of quality assessment practice and tools. Attendance is required at all three-parts of this program.

This topic will be centred around the knowledge and skills needed to develop comprehensive Training and Assessment Strategies that meet the 2024 -2025 VET Funding Contract.

This topic unpacks the contractual obligations with an emphasis on Pre-Training Reviews (PTRs) and how this directly influences the training plan to support quality delivery.

This workshop will cover obligations to assess and support language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills, the framework/s used for assessment and support, LLND assessment tools and tasks, and strategies to support learners to develop the LLND skills they need.
