This Semester 2 session extends beyond foundational reading instruction and explores advanced strategies for supporting reading development in adult ACFE classrooms. The workshop offers more time for professional discussion, deeper analysis of teaching approaches, and expanded planning tools for fostering engagement and higher‑order reading skills.

This advanced-level workshop expands on the introductory writing concepts from Semester 1, offering a deeper dive into teaching writing in ACFE classrooms. Participants will explore more sophisticated planning methods, higher-level learning objectives, and strategies to support creative and confident writers. Additional time will be provided for professional dialogue and practical application.

This Semester 2 Numeracy session takes participants beyond the foundational content and into a deeper exploration of numeracy teaching in adult and ACFE contexts. The workshop provides extended time for discussion, analysis, and the application of advanced planning techniques that support creativity, reengagement, and higher-level numeracy skills.
