This Community of Practice session is designed to enhance participants' awareness of their responsibility to consider students' future pathways beyond course completion. Participants will analyse their individual planning practices and the broader organizational approach to supporting student success. The session also explores how success measures are defined within organizations—whether they focus solely on compliance and course completion or prioritize equipping students for long-term success.
