This workshop addresses an issue many VET educators wish to know more about: how to support learners with learning differences and learning needs.
You, the busy educator, want everyone in your class to share your passion and join your sector by succeeding in their chosen study.
Your learners present in every lesson with a broad range of needs. They might be new to study as an adult, they might have studied overseas, they might have a range of learning differences. The one thing you know is there’s no such thing as ‘the class’.
Spend a day with Karen and Lindee and you’ll have more knowledge of theories behind differentiated learning, more confidence to support everyone in your class and several practical tips to try, next time you meet your learners.
