Presented by Sharon Griffiths, this session explores the 2025 Standards for RTOs with a focus on wellbeing, inclusion, diversity, and culturally safe practices. Participants will learn to identify learner support needs, apply reasonable adjustments while maintaining assessment integrity, and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements. Key principles such as fairness, flexibility, validity, and reliability are contextualised through real-life examples.
The session also covers pre-training reviews, and strategies for accessible teaching and assessment.
