Staying Regulated: Understanding Your Window of Tolerance
When stress, overwhelm, or emotional intensity take over, we can find ourselves outside our Window of Tolerance. This is the zone where we think clearly, stay present, and respond effectively. In this 30-minute VET chat, we’ll explore what the Window of Tolerance is, how it affects nervous system regulation, and simple somatic tools to help you expand your capacity to stay balanced under pressure. You’ll walk away with a couple of practical strategies to support yourself and others in dealing with stress with greater resilience.
Perfect for educators, leaders, and anyone looking to strengthen their ability to self-regulate and maintain clarity in challenging moments.
