It can be one of the most time-consuming parts of a Leaders’ role, but it can also be the most rewarding. Participants will discuss and apply the G.R.O.W. coaching model, along with techniques and strategies that support well-planned, outcome-driven and successful coaching conversations.
The Skill – Will model of coaching is also explored as an additional method to coach colleagues efficiently.
