This workshop focuses on strengthening the personal and interpersonal foundations of effective leadership. Participants will explore wellbeing as a key enabler of resilience, clarity, and sustained performance in both professional and personal contexts. The session develops capability in prioritisation and decision-making, supporting individuals to navigate competing demands with greater focus and intention. It also builds skills in constructive, purposeful communication, including active listening and engaging in meaningful conversations that strengthen relationships and trust. In addition, participants will be introduced to adaptive leadership approaches through situational coaching practices, learning how to respond flexibly to the needs of others and support growth in diverse contexts.
